Eligible applicants will receive a one-time deferred loan (grant). The loan will be deferred provided that the "terms and conditions" of the loan agreement are adhered to. A mortgage will be placed on the property for a minimum of 1 year.
                            
   
                            
                                This program repairs structural and system deficiencies that fail to meet the adopted building codes, modifications for the elderly and disabled, cost-effective improvements to reduce energy consumption, roof repair/replacement, and exterior improvements.
                            
 
                            The following list of eligible items will be addressed and prioritized:
                            
                                - Electrical
 
                                - Plumbing
 
                                - Roofing
 
                                - Flooring
 
                                - HVAC
  
                                - Ramps
 
                                - Accessibility
 
                                - Other Health and Safety Concerns identified through inspection
 
                            
                            In the event of an imminent threat to health and safety, emergency repairs will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
