Luminary Ceremony to be Held Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017
A luminary ceremony honoring cancer survivors and remembering loved ones who’ve lost their battle with cancer will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017.
There will be holiday music, complimentary refreshments, and luminary bags for purchase. With the purchase of each $10 luminaria, you will also receive an additional luminaria that will be displayed at the Terrebonne Parish Relay for Life event on Saturday, April 28, 2018, at the Houma-Terrebonne Civic Center.
Survivors who bring one canned good item to be donated to Operation Full Pantry will receive one luminary bag to decorate for free. Luminary bags will be displayed at this event as well as the Relay for Life event on Saturday, April 28, 2018. We would also like to encourage everyone to donate a canned good to support Operation Full Pantry; however, the free luminary bag offer is only open to registered survivors.
