The director of Quality of Life is responsible for the following:

• Administration and operational management of parks, recreational facilities, and playgrounds.
• Administration and operational management of athletics activities and programs.
• Other leisure time activities.
• Administration and operational management of cultural facilities and events.
• Other such responsibilities as may be directed by the president.
